What if I don’t like the mockup?
Then you owe nothing. The mockup is free, so you can see my work before you decide.
How does paying work?
For website packages, you pay half before I start building and the other half once your site is live and your edits are done. Add-ons and care plans are paid before that work starts. Zelle, cash or check all work.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. You register your domain in your own name (usually about $10–$15 a year) and I help with the setup. On Advanced and Premium, the first year is on me. I hand over all your files when we finish.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in about a week once we agree on the design.
What happens after launch?
Free support covers fixing anything I got wrong. For new changes like updated prices, hours or photos, a care plan is the best deal, or I can do single changes any time.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
Not at all. I handle the technical side and explain everything in plain language.
